Architecture

FMC Chain is built as a sovereign Layer 1 blockchain using Avalanche's Subnet-EVM technology. This means:

โ€ข Full sovereignty โ€” FMC Chain has its own validators, its own gas token (FMC), and its own rules.

โ€ข EVM compatible โ€” Any Ethereum dApp, tool, or smart contract works on FMC Chain without modification.

โ€ข Independent gas โ€” Users pay transaction fees in FMC, not AVAX or ETH.

RPC Endpoints

Connect to FMC Chain via JSON-RPC.

Deploy a Smart Contract

Deploy Solidity smart contracts on FMC Chain using Remix IDE.

Using Remix IDE

Open Remix IDE
Connect MetaMask
In Deploy & Run โ†’ Environment โ†’ select Browser Extension โ†’ MetaMask. Make sure MetaMask is on FMC Chain Testnet (7171).
Write your contract
Create a new .sol file and write your Solidity code. FMC Chain supports Solidity 0.8.x.
Compile & Deploy
Click Compile, then Deploy. MetaMask will prompt for confirmation. Gas fees are paid in FMC.

Example: Simple ERC-20 Token

// SPDX-License-Identifier: MIT
pragma solidity ^0.8.20;

contract MyToken {
    string public name;
    string public symbol;
    uint8 public decimals = 18;
    uint256 public totalSupply;
    mapping(address => uint256) public balanceOf;

    event Transfer(address indexed from, address indexed to, uint256 value);

    constructor(string memory _name, string memory _symbol, uint256 _supply) {
        name = _name;
        symbol = _symbol;
        totalSupply = _supply * 10 ** decimals;
        balanceOf[msg.sender] = totalSupply;
        emit Transfer(address(0), msg.sender, totalSupply);
    }

    function transfer(address to, uint256 amount) public returns (bool) {
        require(balanceOf[msg.sender] >= amount, "Insufficient");
        balanceOf[msg.sender] -= amount;
        balanceOf[to] += amount;
        emit Transfer(msg.sender, to, amount);
        return true;
    }
}

Using Hardhat

// hardhat.config.js
module.exports = {
  solidity: "0.8.20",
  networks: {
    fmcchain: {
      url: "https://rpc.fmc.technology",
      chainId: 7171,
      accounts: ["YOUR_PRIVATE_KEY"]
    }
  }
};

Create a Token

Two ways to create tokens on FMC Chain.

Option 1: FMC Launchpad (No Code)

๐Ÿš€ Recommended for non-developers

Visit launchpad.fmc.technology to create your token in a few clicks. Fee: 50 FMC.

The FMC Launchpad allows anyone to create an ERC-20 token without writing a single line of code. Simply fill in the token name, symbol, and supply โ€” and your token is deployed automatically on FMC Chain.

Option 2: Manual Deployment (Developers)

For developers who want full control, deploy your own ERC-20 contract using Remix, Hardhat, or Foundry. See the Deploy a Contract guide.
